"People are just as wonderful as sunsets if you let them be. When I look at a sunset, I don't find myself saying "soften the orange a bit on the right hand corner.I don't try to control a sunset. I watch with awe as it unfolds."..... Carl Rogers

Subsequent to counselling I worked for fifteen years in a busy international company dealing with customs and excise this gave me a first hand insight into stress and anxiety and showed me how it can affect peoples health.
My clients issues cover a large and varied scale and I have been able to work with people who suffer from anxiety, bereavement, depression, low self esteem, relationship issues and family issues to name but a few.
The humanistic and integrative path I follow is Person Centred, Psychodynamic, CBT [Cognitive Behavioural Therapy] and T.A. [Transactional Analysis]. Using these theories allows each individual to find their own path in their own way. By employing this style of working I aim to allow each individual the space which they need to open up and allow themselves to develop within a non-judgmental, emotional and safe environment.
